Privacy policy

The purpose of this policy is to inform about the rules of privacy protection of people who are using the services of the SKORUSA Guesthouse and the website of the Guesthouse.

GENERAL RULES

  1. The administrator of your personal data is BOBAK Ltd. with its registered office in Zakopane (postal code: 34-500), in ul. Fr. Józefa Stolarczyka 14/7, which was entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number 0000692357, (hereinafter referred to as, the COMPANY), which runs the SKORUSA Pension located in Kościelisko in ul. Groń 19.
  2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with 2016/679 Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th of April, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing 95/46/ EC Directive (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).

PERSONAL DATA

  1. Your personal data is processed:
    a) to the extent necessary to book a stay during the booking process via the website, intermediaries, i.e. booking.com, telephone or e-mail booking, as well as during the booking in the guesthouse itself. The scope of collected personal data includes: name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, entrepreneur’s data along with tax identification number (NIP) (in the case of the need to issue a VAT invoice),
    b) to the extent necessary to perform the accommodation service during check-in at the Guesthouse. The scope of collected personal data includes: identity card number, car registration number.
  2. Providing the above data is voluntary, but necessary to perform the above-mentioned services.
  3. Personal data may be collected for marketing purposes only after obtaining your consent.
  4. You have the right to access your personal data, request their rectification, deletion, processing restrictions, data transfer and to object to the processing, as well as to withdraw your consent.

SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. The COMPANY takes the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of your personal data.
  2. Only separately authorized persons and entities authorized under applicable law have access to the processed personal data.
  3. The COMPANY may transfer personal data only to the cooperating entities, to the extent necessary to perform the service, and to the entities authorized under applicable law.
  4. The COMPANY will not transfer personal data to any third-party country or international organization.
  5. Your data will not be profiled.
  6. Personal data will be processed for the period specified in the law, and in the case of data collected on the basis of consent, until its withdrawal.
  7. If it is found that personal data is processed unlawfully, you have the right to file a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

COOKIES POLICY

  1. The COMPANY’s website uses cookies, i.e. small text files, sent to the visitor’s computer hard drive via a web browser, which enable the recognition of the browser and tracking of visits to the website.
  2. Cookies contain contact details of the visitor, enabling identification of his computer when they use the website, without the possibility of interfering with the visitor’s computer.
  3. Cookies are not intended to obtain any information about website users, they are only used to provide the COMPANY with statistical data on user traffic.
  4. Due to the fact that most web browsers automatically accept cookies, rejection or deletion of cookies requires changing the default browser settings.
  5. The User may object to the placement of cookies on his computer and may disable the option of accepting cookies in his web browser at any time, which does not cause any difficulties in using the COMPANY’s website.
